Refund Policy
SynKrew has no paid features today, so there is nothing to refund. This policy explains what will apply if paid features are introduced.
1. Today
SynKrew is free to use. No purchases can be made in the app.
2. Coins
Coins are free points with no money value. They cannot be bought, so they cannot be refunded.
3. If paid features are introduced
- Purchases will be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using your store account.
- Billing, cancellation and refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- To request a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" or Google Play's refund request process.
4. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under consumer protection law.
