Delete your account
You can delete your SynKrew account from inside the app. Nobody needs to ask us first.
In the app
- Open SynKrew and go to Profile.
- Tap Account settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
If you cannot open the app
Email team@synkrew.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details, so the account can no longer be signed in to.
- Your email address, username, display name and profile photo.
- Any proof photos and proof locations still stored.
- Your notification tokens.
What is kept
Some records belong to other members' pacts, so they are kept in anonymised form and shown as "Deleted account": coin transfers, verification outcomes, and the votes and reasons you gave on other members' proofs. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
